The TAO range follows this philosophy and provides everything that is needed to create delicious, authentically cooked Chinese dishes. The TAO range is made from 0.6mm gauge Stainless Steel with QuanTanium non stick coating. The wok is made of durable stainless steel with an encapsulated aluminium sandwich base creating heat conductivity ideal for all hobs including induction. The multi – layered titanium reinforced non – stick coating, Quantanium, gives metal tool durability and the phenolic handles ensure safe dishwasher use. Comes with a 5 Year guarantee. The coating of this wok is also resistant to scratching, abrasion and wear, creating a surface that far exceeds the performance of other conventional non-stick coatings. The titanium used in the non – stick coating is one of the toughest and lightest metals.
