Now with the help of a Bradley Smoker you can produce that professional smoked flavour everytime. Where Bradley really have it cracked is with their unique bisquettes. These compressed hardwood flavour bisquettes fit into the holder on the right hand side and feed into the Smoke Generator producing the right amount and quality of smoke needed. As one finishes it is extinquished and the next bisquette feeds through. (Bisquettes not included)
