New for 2008, The Cosmo chair is made from tubular lightweight, aluminium frame & corrosion resistant material, suited to modern styling. The seating on the Cosmo chair is Sunloom-Plus, this is a weatherproof material ideal for use indoors & out. The material is constructed of fine polyester fibres, making the chair very stong & robust. It is very comfortable, soft & smooth to the touch which is unlike rattan or wicker.

The sunloom-plus material is weather & UV resistant, non toxic which will not split or crack. It is totally washable & 100% recyclable.

The aluminium is a lightweight, corrosion resistant material which is great for modern styling, the seating is made from a weatherproof weave which is ideal for use both in & outdoors. The fibres in this weave are constructed from fine polyester, making the finish of the seat strong & very robust. The seat is comfortable, soft & smooth to touch , unlike the more abrasive natural rattan & wicker.

The Thermosint process involves the metal being heated up to 350 degrees C and the dipped into a special aluminium & nylon mixture.
