Stubbs Mesquite liquid smoke is the perfect addition to any sauce. Mesquite is synonymous with barbecue in Texas and is indigenous to the state. Made by passing water through a smoke chamber and then distilling it down liquid smoke is the essence of barbecue flavour. Strong in taste, liquid smoke can be added to marinades, sauces and even rubs. Used by the “King of Barbecue” Stubb himself at his restaurant in Austin,Texas since 1968.
