The name Super Ser has been the synonymous with portable gas heaters since the 1970's being the manufacture of the first cabinet heater supplied by Calor Gas.

The Super Ser F250 Catalytic portable gas heater is a powerful and robust cabinet heater. It has a variable heat setting making it great for heating small spaces or rooms such as a workshop or hobby room, kitchen or conservatory, but also for heating spaces like hall ways, dining rooms and lounges. The catalytic-heating element provides heat with no flame (except the pilot light) making it safer to use than conventional gas radiant heaters. In addition because the heating element does not reach such high temperatures, it is better suited for senior citizens, younger children or pets. It also is suitable for use in offices, retail and other commercial environments; however it is always advisable to use it in conjunction with a heater guard.

The Super Ser F250 Catalytic portable gas heater is compact and can be stored away easily. It is best to remove the cylinder when stored unused for long periods. This portable gas heater has two main features, firstly the pilot light analyses the Carbon Dioxide level in the room and automatically turns the gas heater off before it can reach a dangerous level. Secondly this portable gas heater will turn its self off if the pilot light is blown out. The Super Ser F250 Catalytic portable gas heater is designed to operate with the Calor Gas 15kG butane cylinder making it an economical form of heating.

• This gas heater is not suitable to be used in the following locations; a bedroom, a bathroom, a shower room, a hairdressing salon, a basement or private garage. It is also not suitable to be used in a boat or leisure vehicle. If used in a family environment extra care should be taken to protect the elderly, the less able bodied, children and pets. When used in a work place, a suitable risk assessment should be carried out. Care should be taken not to place combustible materials in close proximity to the heater
