The Broil King® Signet™ barbecues come with Broil King's signature grids that are reversible. One side is pointed giving you perfect grill marks every time & the other is grooved giving you the chance to capture juices from what you are cooking & continue basting the food. If you keep the cooking grids seasoned this will give you a great durable non-stick finish.
