Our goal is to deliver your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We aim to deliver within 5 working days from the receipt of the order, many deliveries will arrive next day however.
If for some reason we can’t meet our goal and delivery is expected to be longer than 5 clear working days, we will phone you or email you with an expected delivery date. We may also contact you to confirm delivery of high value or fragile items.
Delivery times to addresses outside the UK will be longer. Most orders from the EU will be delivered within 15 working days. We dispatch most orders using DPD or Royal Mail, however larger or fragile items are normally dispatched with TNT or another Pallet Carrier. Where possible, hazardous items are dispatched using our own vehicles. Where ever possible, we will email you tracking information on the day of dispatch. We may decline to deliver if: we believe that it would be unsafe, unlawful or unreasonably difficult to do so; or the premises (or the access to them) are unsuitable for our vehicles.
If you need to contact us about a delivery, please have your order ID or invoice number to hand.
With effect from 1st October we will no longer accept personal cheque payments. All payments must be made prior to delivery either by Credit Card when placing the order or by Bacs direct to our account. We do have a direct debit account facility for regular customers, please ask any member of staff for details.
Instore Sales
We will happily refund the price of all goods (excluding: sale items, special orders or custom or tailor made goods) within 14 days with proof of purchase. After 14 days the goods can be exchanged for other goods of an equivalent value or for a credit note to be used at a later date. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking charge. Cost of carriage in returning goods is not refundable.
Online & Mail Order Sales
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 , you are allowed to return an item if you change your mind. You have the right to cancel at any time during the sales process from the moment you place your online order up to 14 days from the day you receive the goods. You then have 14 days to return the goods to obtain the refund.
Faulty Items
If the item is faulty, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a full refund if the goods are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described. This right is limited to 30 days from day you received the goods. If the item is to be returned we will arrange for the collection of the goods
Shop our full range online from the comfort of your sofa and choose the Click & Collect option at the checkout.
Our in-store team will prepare your order and we will send you an email to confirm its ready. We will do our upmost to prepare all orders placed before 3pm for collections by 5pm the same day.
To collect your order, please bring your order confirmation/invoice or email message along with some identification i.e. driving licence or bank card to confirm name, to the store. Please do not arrive at the store until we have confirmed your items are ready as your order may not be available to collect.
Orders will be held for 14 days before being cancelled and automatically refunded.
