The Verona wood fired oven reaches 400 degrees C in just 20 minutes. It has a 8cm ceramic fibre instalation & 3cm thick fibre floor tiles, the oven will not only reach temperatures of 400 degrees C but will remain consistent throughout your cooking experience.
