The Pilot Mini Gas alarm is a simple, no frills, basic, does what it says on the box, marine LPG gas detector.
The Pilot Mini Gas alarm has a single remotely mounted sensor head that should be fixed in a low level location where gas is likely to collect. The Pilot mini Gas alarm is designed to sound if it detects a concentration of LPG before it exceeds 25% of the lower explosive limit. Once it does it sounds a loud (95db) warning signal.
The Pilot Mini Gas alarm is quick & easy to install. It just requires a fused electrical supply from the ships batteries. The sensor head has a 5mm diameter cable making it easy to discretely pass the wire through bulkheads.
