Weber Butchers Paper

This unwaxed, uncoated & unbleached food grade paper is designed to be wrapped around your meat to keep it moist in the final stages of a long slow smoke.

You can also use it for lining BBQ trays or even wrapping your sandwiches.

It is porous enough to allow smoke to penetrate whilst keeping your meat moist.

Unlike foil it will soak up some of the grease & allow some moisture to evaporate so that your meat doesn't get soggy.
