The BBQ Lid is fitted with a temperature gauge and an adjustable vent for drawing the heat and smoke over the food.

The supporting ring has a spacer to help with airflow and a rest to hold the Lid when checking food; it also locks into the Gothic High Stand to keep the Lid secure.
