Thanks to the flat, flush wood handles and the locking hook, you can close and hold the burger iron safely into the embers.

For cleaning, simply separate both halves at the hinge and to easily remove roast residues in the grilling structure, we recommend to you the Petromax Scraper with ridges (Sold Separately) for cast iron.
