This is Tubby Tom's 'go-to' for beefy flavour boosting, an amazing stock style powder that you can mix into boiling water for bumping up stews, ramen broths, spag bol and chillies. It's amazing dusted on chips & wedges straight outta the pan!
This makes the best roast potatoes ever, just par boil til slightly fluffy, chuck into a hot oiled pan and toss em about. Once golden crispy just pull em out and throw em in a bowl with this dust and voila you're a hero.
