Scampi Fries - Lemony Snack Seasoning

One of Tubby Tom’s not-so-secret under the counter dusts!

He has been making this one for a little while and supplying his friends that have a fish 'n' chips shop! They use it on their chips, who wouldn't want scampi fries’ chips!!

It rocks on wedges - just dust them up once they're getting crispy! Also rocks on popcorn! Get the pop-at-home stuff that you chuck in the microwave and give them a shake up!

Try mixing into mayonnaise, dusting up all kinds of meat.

Be very careful because it's a super fine powder and will clump at the first sign of moisture!

Either use it quick, or if it does clump, carve some out at a time and sit it into some oil (veg is fine) and let it melt! Then toss your food in it and finish off. Simple.
